At Train Real Athletics, we understand that life can sometimes interfere with training. To accommodate our athletes while maintaining consistency and accountability, we offer the following make-up session policy.
When You Can Make Up a Session:
If the athlete is sick or unwell.
If a family event conflicts with training.
If the athlete has a camp, tournament, game, or other athletic commitment.
If Train Real Athletics or the coach cancels a session.
When You Can't Make Up a Session:
If the athlete forgets to attend.
If the athlete simply does not feel like attending.
If the athlete chooses another non-essential activity instead of training.
If Train Real Athletics is not notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Makeup Session Guidelines
Notice Requirement: To be eligible for a make-up session, Train Real Athletics must be notified at least 24 hours before the missed session.
Timeframe: Make-up sessions must be completed within 1 month of the missed session. After 1 month, the session is forfeited.
Scheduling: Make-up sessions are subject to coach availability and may be scheduled during another available training group or open training time.
Coach Cancellation: If Train Real Athletics cancels a session, a make-up session will be offered and will not count against the athlete.
Consistency is a major part of athlete development. Missing a session is understandable when necessary, but communication and commitment are expected.
Membership payments are due before the first session of each billing cycle.
If a payment fails, Train Real Athletics will notify the member and provide a one-week grace period to update the payment method.
Train Real Athletics may, at its sole discretion, continue training for up to one week as a courtesy while payment issues are resolved.
If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, all training sessions will be paused until the account is brought current.
Paused sessions due to failed or missed payments are not eligible for make-ups unless approved by Train Real Athletics.
Members enrolled in a 6-month, 12-month, or annual Development Program are committing to the full term of the agreement.
Monthly payments are provided as a convenience and do not convert the agreement into a month-to-month membership.
Failure to make payments, attend sessions, or use the membership does not terminate the agreement or relieve the member of the remaining financial obligation.
Train Real Athletics reserves a training spot for each contracted athlete throughout the term of the agreement. This commitment allows us to maintain consistent scheduling, individualized programming, and limited group sizes.
At Train Real Athletics, we are committed to providing high-quality training and supporting athlete development. To ensure a positive experience, we offer a free trial session before committing to a membership. We also provide a 7-day refund policy after registration.
7-DAY REFUND POLICY
Members have 7 days after registering to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund:
The athlete must not have started any sessions included in the membership.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of registration.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS
Once an athlete has started using the membership and has completed any training sessions, the following policies apply:
Month-to-Month Memberships: Members may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
6-Month, 12-Month, or Annual Memberships: Members are responsible for completing payment for the full term of the agreement. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or payments already made.
Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for individual sessions that have already been completed, regardless of membership type.
Paused Training Due to Non-Payment: If training is paused because of a failed or missed payment, the membership agreement remains active and the member remains responsible for payments due under the agreement.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The refund policy above applies only to in-person training memberships. Refunds are not available for digital products.
Members may request cancellation at any time. However, cancellation terms depend on the membership type.
Month-to-Month Memberships: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
6-Month, 12-Month, or Annual Memberships: Members are required to fulfill the full term of their payment agreement.
Members may cancel future renewals, but payments must be completed for the agreed-upon duration of the membership. Stopping attendance, missing sessions, or failing to update payment information does not cancel the agreement.
