MAKE-UP POLICY

At Train Real Athletics, we understand that life can sometimes interfere with training. To accommodate our athletes, we offer a make-up session policy as outlined below.


When You Can Make Up a Session:

  • If You’re Sick: Health comes first. Notify the coach if the athlete is unwell and cannot

    attend.

  • Family Events: If a family event conflicts with training, we’ll work with you to reschedule.Camps or Tournaments: Missing a session for other athletic commitments is acceptable.

  • Coach Cancellation: If the coach must cancel a session, a make-up session will be offered.


When You Can't Make Up a Session:

  • If the athlete forgets to come.

  • If the athlete simply doesn’t feel like attending.

  • If the athlete chooses other activities, such as hanging out with friends instead of training.

  • If the athlete does not notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance.

Makeup Session Guidelines

  • Timeframe: You have 1 month from the missed session to complete a make-up. After that, the session cannot be rescheduled.

  • Communication: Notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss a session in order to be eligible for a make-up.

We encourage consistency to achieve success. Missing a session is acceptable when necessary, but we ask for commitment and communication to ensure the athlete’s growth.

REFUND POLICY

At Train Real Athletics, we are committed to providing high-quality training and supporting your athletic development. To ensure a positive experience, we offer a free trial session before you commit to a membership. Additionally, we provide a 7-day refund policy after registration to give you peace of mind when starting with us.

7-day Refund Policy

You have 7 days after registering as a member to request a refund. This allows you time to confirm that our program is the right fit.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have started any sessions included in your chosen membership.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • To start a refund, contact us at [email protected].

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed. If approved, refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at [email protected].

Refund Policy for Active Memberships

Once you’ve started using your membership and have completed any training sessions, the following policies apply:

  • Month-to-Month Memberships: Members enrolled in month-to-month memberships have the flexibility to cancel at any time. However, please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any payments already made.

  • Contract and Annual Memberships: For those who have committed to a 6-month, 12-month, or annual membership, payments are due for the full term of the agreement. No refunds will be provided for any completed sessions or payments made. Once you have entered into a contract or annual membership, you are required to continue payments until the contract has been fully satisfied.

  • Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for individual sessions that have already been completed, regardless of the membership type.

Digital Products

Please note: The refund policy above applies only to in-person training memberships. Refunds are not available for digital products.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, the following terms apply based on your payment agreement:

  • Month-to-Month Memberships: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

  • 6-Month, 12-Month, or Annual Memberships: Members are required to fulfill the full term of their payment agreement. You may cancel future renewals, but payments must be completed for the agreed-upon duration of the membership.
