DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. This includes the purchase of any of our online courses.

IN0PERSON TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS

THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO IN-PERSON TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS. WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after registering as a member to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel your membership, you will have access to the features through the end of your membership cycle. You can always contact us for any questions at [email protected].
